The classification is the site's own editorial assessment of the proposal's direction based on the committee report — not an official verdict. Score: +1 for a Yes/No vote in the marked direction, −1 for the opposite vote; abstentions and missing votes are excluded. Context rows without a substantiated direction are excluded. Normalised value = score/counted votes. Band boundaries: −0.6; −0.2; 0.2; 0.6. At least four counted votes are required for a visible position band.
