Updates to Sverigefakta's data

Each entry below is a recorded publication of a single observation (one data point: metric × municipality × year). New observation means the data point was recorded for the first time in the revision log. Changed observation means the published content for the same data point changed — it does not automatically mean an authority corrected an error.

The change history covers recorded publications since Sverigefakta's revision log was introduced (—). The absence of earlier entries does not mean the observation has never changed.
